“Your time is limited, so don’t waste it living someone else’s life.Don’t be trapped by dogma - which is living with the results of other people’s thinking.Don’t let the noise of other’s opinions drown out your own inner voice. And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become. Everything else is secondary.”- Steve Jobs

The 7 Balances of Life.

Elisabeth http://eharstrom.blogspot.com/ had a picture of Pat's 7 Balances of life on her blog and wanted to know more about it so here are what I got out of a lesson on the subject with Pat on the instructorcourse...

The 7 Balances of life.

Everything you do comes from your heart.

In your first 48 years you have lived one lifecircel. After that you start your second.

No 1. Passion.

Follow your passion.

Some people have a passion but then 'life happens'and you let go of that passion.

No 2. Dedication.

Some people have dreams and passion but don't do anything about it.

No 3. Health.

Don't run your life at 10.000 miles/hour.

To listen to your body and have a good health is important.

Ballance 1 and 2 with 3.

No 4. Spirtuality.

What ever you think is 'out there'... And belive in.

No 5. Family.

..is any one who You will truly support and will support You. Not meaning genetic family.

No 6. Finance.

'There is no romance without finance...'

You have to have your finances in order.

No 7. Fun.

You must have some fun, it is not just about work.

Make a list of allthe things YOU are Passionated about. An what YOU think are FUN.

To remind your self. Sometimes when you have some time over or want to do something fun, look at that list to remind yourself.

If you can have all 7 of these in balance - there is where you want to go.
